When to strength train (exercises, weights etc.)?

Hi Joe and Team,

I just wanted to hear your opinion on when it's best to get strength training in for someone who is doing a weekly outline of Wednesday workout, Saturday Workout with longer runs on Thursday and Sunday?

Shoulders and Core stuff seems pretty easy to get in, but I'm always wary of leg sessions due to muscle soreness.
