We reserve the right to remove any post or user from the Talk Running message boards. Most posts are removed because they violate one or more of the message board policies listed below. Repeated violations may result in your posting privileges being suspended.

All information posted on Talk Running becomes the property of Running Warehouse.
Top reasons for deleting posts and banning users:
1. No obscene or profane language is allowed.
2. No personal attacks or abusive language is allowed. If you have a problem with someone, take it off Talk Running. Antagonistic behavior will not be tolerated. Debating issues and opinions is fine but flaming and insulting won’t be tolerated.
3. No questioning, flaming, or trolling of moderation/admin on the boards will be tolerated. Posts concerning moderation will be deleted. Persistence can be cause for banning. If you have a legit concern about moderation, email talkadmin@runningwarehouse.com
4. No promotion or advertising is allowed. This is our message board and we pay to maintain it. Please no advertising or promotion of any products, services or otherwise (whether or not for profit), or solicit others or use any forum for commercial purposes of any kind. Additionally, we do not allow promotion of any personal sites including posting links including Youtube and Facebook pages, blogs, websites, social media sites, videos etc. Whether or not your page is for profit, it is a standard that we apply to everyone because if we allow one person, other people will want to follow suit. We would like to keep Talk Running from becoming full of advertisements. If you want to discuss a competitor, please be respectful of our request and do this privately, not on Talk Running.
5. No pornography. If you choose to include attached images, that’s fine. Just keep it clean and avoid any that could be interpreted as porn. This includes avatar images. There’s a wide range of ages that post on Talk Running and we want material posted to be acceptable to all. Running Warehouse reserves the right to remove any images we determine may be offensive.
7. You agree to not use Talk Running to: (a) violate or solicit the violation of any applicable local, state, national or international law; (b) infringe the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and privacy or publicity rights (c) upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that (1) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, tortuous, defamatory, obscene, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy; (2) consists of instructional information on illegal activities, including, but not limited to, hacking and cracking; (3) violates or infringes in any way upon the proprietary rights of others, including, without limitation, copyrighted software, music, photographs, text, videos or artwork; (4) constitutes pornography, or sexual material of an obscene nature or that violates local, state or national laws; (5) is the private information of another such as their addresses, phone number, Social Security number or credit card number; (6) contains software viruses, Trojan horses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; or (7) you do not have a right to upload or post due to contractual or other legal obligation. (d) impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Talk Running official, message board leader (moderator), guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; (e) forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Talk Running; (f) interfere with or disrupt the Talk Running, computer servers or boards accessible through the Talk Running; (g) interfere with or disrupt the Talk Running, computer servers or boards accessible through the Talk Running; (h) disseminate off-topic messages on boards promoting any product, Talk Running, web site, board or venture, or promote boards on the Talk Running through unsolicited electronic mail messages to third parties. No posting of torrents or downloads of copyrighted material.
8. No spamming the forums with off topic posts. Spamming the forums will result in an immediate ban.
9. No trademarked or copyrighted usernames allowed.
10. We allow one username per user. If we find you have more than one username, you will be banned.
11. Posts accusing others of being double accounts or other users will be deleted. If you suspect that an account is a fake, double account, or former banned user, please report it, and moderators will look into the matter. Repeated posts and accusations could be grounds for a suspension and further a ban.
We would also like to remind you that this is a message board on the internet, and we recommend you don’t share information you want to keep private. If we do delete any information, we are not responsible for search engines’ caches that may hold this information for a brief period after it’s been deleted.
