I'm using the Onnit 6 Kettlebell program right now (6 week). It is a digital program with warm-ups/cool downs for almost every workout . It includes guided yoga sessions (about once per week). Also, there are three levels of difficult for each excerise. So, you can customize your workout a bit by changing the level of difficulty depending on where you have greater fitness (or maybe, like my case) injury.
Personally, I highly recommend it.
