Speedstar 3 --- something is not right

Is anyone else having problems with the July production run of the speedstars? I have had at least 10 pair of the speedstar 3's and all of a sudden I have blisters on the ball of my foot (medial side). It almost seems like this production run created a narrower toe box. Would be nice to send them back to you Joe but I am afraid there are 200+ miles on them at this point.
