Hey Guys and Gals,
My name is Chris and I'm new to the boards. I'm from Austin and have recently become very much involved in running. I ran my first 10K this past weekend and ran it in 48:36. I'm running in another 10K on April 25th and would like to get my time down to about 45 minutes. What kind of training routines can I do between now and then in order to make this happen?
