Asics speedstar vs Speedstar2

they look totally different besides being heavier. How do they compare as to feel? The old speedstars were under 6 oz for female.

Unfortunately, none here is familiar with the Speedstar. The Speedstar II has been around a while which is clouding the memory a bit. Sorry we couldn't have been of more help on this one.

the III is out, they've adding another .7 ounces. 5.5 to 7.1 now 7.8.
what's a few ounces. maybe I can ditch NB forever and use these a trainers:D and get more than 100 miles
