I have obtained orthotics this Fall in an attempt to correct a latent forefront pronation problem on my right foot. The two professionals that I have been working with have come up with the shoe 'Saucony Stabil 6', which I am currently using with my orthotics. However, I STILL have a slight latent forefront pronation on my right foot they tell me, AND, to make it more difficult, I am a size 13 women's on my left foot and a 12 on my right. I wear a N but with the orthotics and depending on the shoe, can get away with a B. Of course, these sizes are almost unavailable in women's shoes, so I am currently using a men's 11.5 on my left and 10.5 on my right - and yes, I have to buy two pairs of shoes every time I need new ones. The men's are a little wide for me and I am feeling some slight Achilles pain. So, does anybody have any shoe recommendations that may help me? I've been through approximately 12 pairs this Fall alone. All failed except for this Saucony. Any help would be appreciated. Very frustrated -

The only shoe I'm aware of that has an actual forefoot medial post currently in production would be the adizero tempo. The thing is, this is a men's shoe only. As far as coming up with a size 13 narrow women's shoe that may fit the bill for you, I really can't think of anything readily available. maybe a New Balance 857 since it comes narrow and it is super stable.

Sorry we weren't of more help on this one.
