Reebok Mistral Jacket

Hi -- I noticed that the Reebok Mistral Jacket seems to be suited to cold weather (info on this site). I was thinking of buying it for the summer b/c it's thin and the sleeves come off, but it has a hood if I get caught in the rain. I wouldn't want to end up with something not suited to warm weather exercise. Any info, suggestions of other products, or other advice would be greatly appreciated.
